COST: $15 by Aug. 10; $25 at the door

Speaker: Nancy Manderville
Topic: Women’s Health and Lifestyle: Manderville will talk about the importance of taking care of your body in order to maximize your success at home with family and in the workplace. She will also discuss office exercises, little things you can do at work.

Payment: Checks should be payable to SWAN and mailed to P.O. Box 116, Fishersville, Va. 22939. Your check holds your spot for the luncheon.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are required by the Monday prior to the luncheon at noon. Monies will not be refunded but may be applied to a future luncheon.
Networking: All in attendance will have the opportunity to promote their business through a 60-second commercial in front of the group. Also, promotional fliers, business cards, etc. are welcome. Please bring enough to distribute to up to 40 ladies! Networking before and after the meeting is highly encouraged!

Membership: You do not have to be a member of SWAN or the Chamber of Commerce to attend.
